So my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) has been shipped and will arrive on March 9th, but the S7 Edge (Silver Titanium) for my husband hasn't been shipped yet; it's still in the processing status. Also, they are separate orders both ordered on February 27th and I had pre-ordered his first; initially, I thought they would be shipped together. He's getting really anxious, lol.

Hello - Yes, I did finally receive the plan confirmation & bill expectation emails as well as shipping info. So, it looks like I am good to go. I should have them in hand Friday, which is the date the billing starts. As long as there are no delays, there won't be any dual billing between carriers
If I may offer feedback, timely and consistent information to folks would have been widely appreciated. As you can see from all of the postings, people excited about these things. Simple, clear communication would have prevented a lot of hard feelings. Oh, and getting the CS Reps up to speed. That would be huge!

I'm in the same boat as you, very frustrated by this whole thing. Ship date on the 31st which will leave me unable to register for the gear s2.

I'm in the same boat myself. Pre-ordered a silver s7 edge around 8pm on Feb. 23rd, order status on website still says processing with ship date of 3/11/16. On the Verizon App, order status still says processing and has the placeholder ship date of 11/17/1858. Nothing on my bank account shows a charge yet past paying my bill already. Holding out hope that everything is still on track and the updating is just going slowly, but can't help being a little annoyed either. I mainly pre-ordered due to the added value of the Gear S2 promotion. If I get knocked out of that due to not being able to order until later that day because of work, I'm gonna be more than a little upset.

I want to say right off its just a phone and I can wait...my ship date is the 11th. I made the error of ordering the Titanium s7 edge...but I just have to say I have been with Verizon for 20 years. They weren't even Verizon then and they really dropped the ball on this one. The communication...different answers from different cs agents....the biggest company being the last to the game. We are all worried about submitting our promos and the worst part is..if I had pre-ordered with Best Buy I could have walked in yesterday and got my silver edge. I didn't do that because I wanted the gear s2. Anyone want to take bets on how many of us get them ? It would be great if verizon communicated info about it but at this point you can't believe anything because you don't know how informed the person is.....so folks....I'm going to sit back and wait for my 11/7/1858 shipping to add a tracking number to it and be greatly disappointed in Verizon. I'd love to hear what their customers feel about whether they really care about us or not. I know it's all big business and all about money....but man Im paying $257 a month and I don't always want to be the last one .....use your muscle verizon....make us happy.

I ordered the S7 edge silver on the 24th still saying processing, I really don't understand how they are fulfilling the orders. 😞

I have the exact situation with my order as well. I placed the order on February 25th for two silver edge phones and am growing increasingly frustrated. The whole reason I did so was to get the s2 and I have to say it is extremely upsetting that others who ordered later than I are already having the order shipped. Been with Verizon for ten plus years and if I miss out on the promotion i will probably leave to another carrier

I hate to admit it, but I'm getting more annoyed by the hour. If I could get some kind of explanation on what the hold up is that would be great. In fact, I'll be fine so long as I get the phone within the period of the promotion. Honestly, people who pre-ordered wanting the promotion but are unlucky enough to be put on back order should really either get an extension on the promotion or get the amount of money off of their phones equivalent to the dollar amount of the promotion. If I'm cheated out of the promotion all together though, I will be looking at competing carrier's pricing.

I know you anticipate receiving this awesome new device! I'm sorry, but due to the high demand, shipping dates are something we can't guarantee. Did you order the device online? Has your card been billed for it yet? Once you're billed for the device, that means it's shipping.

I, as well as a few others, have been billed but with a ship date of 3/31. I guess we are all feeling that you are advertising on your site a promotion that you can not fulfill. I was not informed when I pre ordered that you must have your receipt AND redeem by the 31st. I had to find that out myself reading the fine print after I had already been charged the sales tax.

So, I am thinking since my phones are still just stuck in processing while so many others have shipping info and deliveries starting to arrive, that it is not worth porting my two numbers over from Sprint. This is not a great way to start a relationship when AT&T and T-Mobile are shipping and at least have accurate information. I can't see how I will have my phones in hand by Friday at this point. I was really excited about moving everything to Verizon but now it just really rings of a bad idea..... <sigh>.

I ordered silver in store 2-27 & my shipment date on MyVerizon app got changed a little bit ago to 3-7-16. Guessing a shipping label was created.

I am also in the same position as you. I'm trying to port over my numbers as well. Can't say that its starting off well. Why cant Verizon come out with an official statement and own the problem and offer a solution.
