So my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) has been shipped and will arrive on March 9th, but the S7 Edge (Silver Titanium) for my husband hasn't been shipped yet; it's still in the processing status. Also, they are separate orders both ordered on February 27th and I had pre-ordered his first; initially, I thought they would be shipped together. He's getting really anxious, lol.

Hello - Yes, I did finally receive the plan confirmation & bill expectation emails as well as shipping info. So, it looks like I am good to go. I should have them in hand Friday, which is the date the billing starts. As long as there are no delays, there won't be any dual billing between carriers
If I may offer feedback, timely and consistent information to folks would have been widely appreciated. As you can see from all of the postings, people excited about these things. Simple, clear communication would have prevented a lot of hard feelings. Oh, and getting the CS Reps up to speed. That would be huge!

Shipment date says 3-7-16 on MyVerizon app. Still processing and no shipping label.

I just got off the phone with a Customer Service Rep about the status of my
husband's S7 Edge (silver titanium) - super nice lady by the way. She said
the S7 Edges were being released earlier than the original date of 3/11/16.
So honestly I would be happy also the silver titanium is a very popular
color right - it may be on backorder until the next shipment comes in. My
husband's shipping date was for yesterday 3/7/16 but it's been shipped yet;
it's still processing. Also, it could be in the process of them creating
the label or tracking number which is why it may not show online.
My gold platinum will be here tomorrow, and his may too or Thursday.
I guess as long as we get them on or before the 11th, we'd be satisfied.

Ordered the S7 Edge in silver on Feb. 29th when I ordered it promised delivery by 3/11 but my order still just says processing on the My Orders page. The other 'check my status' page sent via email says expected shipping date of 3/11. Confusing why there are multiple places to look up the status of an order.
Really hoping it ships soon as the main reason I pre-ordered was for the GearVR/S2 promotion.

Still processing with a ship date of 3-7-16. Ordered silver 2-27-16 in store. People ordering later with the same phone have been shipped. Hoping mine will do the same tonight.

Like I said I ordered on the 28 and this morning it said processing. I called and asked and about an hour later I checked and it said shipped. So I'm sure yours will be shipping

Just got tracking number this morning so looks like I should get it Friday. Good deal...
What was most frustrating to me was that there are at least 3 different places to check order status and all 3 were showing different information.
For somebody as obsessive as I am when I'm excited/impatient it can be very irritating to not have that consistency.

I ordered a gold one on 02/25 and that's shipping to be delivered tomorrow, but the silver one I ordered same date at you 02/29, still just says processing with a ship date of 03/11...so frustrating!

Exactly, Verizon is full of CRAP. What's the point of "pre-order" when they don't have their $hit together and deliver in a timely manner to people that paid and gave their money early for it?

Glad to hear that we can expect them to ship today! I am moving two phones over from Sprint and was starting to get worried because of all the horror stories I have been reading about delays and such. I have two Silver Edges ordered and nothing has hit my credit card yet and I am still showing "Processing" status.
I was starting to wonder if I should consider cancelling the order and going to T-Mobile or AT&T since they are shipping and users already have them.

Memphis, TN is the FedEx Shipping hub not UPS. If it was shipping via UPS, it would be in Louisville KY.

That is incorrect, I have 2 phones delivered tomorrow from Memphis via UPS.... received notification from My Choice via UPS for shipment arriving between 12:45-2:45pm.

I have pre ordered the s7 edge in silver. My ship date says 3/31/2016. It is my understanding that in order to receive the vr gear, i have to redeem it by the 31st. That will be impossible to do if you are not even shipping until the 31st. Very frustrating!!!! Help with this would be good. I do not want another color.

I know what the status of my order is. My phone was picked up last night at 7:42 via FedEx in Memphis and there's nothing else today except wait for it to be delivered, which may be delayed a day b/c of the storm.
