Why do my calls go straight to voice mail?

Make sure call forwarding is off.

I don't know where to go find the call forwarding.  Would be nice if we could just call and get a person that would walk us through a solution to the problem

You can remove call forwarding by dialing *73 and send. GenevieveB_VZW
