Last night my mail app quit working. When I tap on the icon the screen turns white then it goes back to the main screen. I've force stopped, cleared cache and restarted. 3X. Still doesn't work
Yes I have, it didn't work. I finally unistalled the program updates and reinstalled then had to set up the 3 IMAP emails over. This was the stock HTC mail app that came on the phone.
Have you cleared the data for the application?
