i have a lg v 10 that wont start up and has a black screen. I was using facebook yesterday and my phone just crashed. its been of since yesterday. ive tried to charge it but it wont even show that the device is charging. this morning i tried to turn it on and it started to load the lg start up screen then just shut off again. ive tried to put in phone into safe mode but havent had any luck either.
