can not send picture in text LG G3

I can not send a picture in a text message using my LG g3 phone. I have tried inserting the picture every way I can. All is does is show sending, but it never sends. I also can not open any picture texts people make send me. Can someone help with this problem? Thanks

Of course, we can help you harleyhuny27. I love sending and receiving picture messages. You do have to have cellular data on in order to send and receive picture messages. Do group messages work for you? What messaging app are you using?

i was using messaging+ but changed to just regular texting, and I can send pics now. I kept getting your home base companion has stopped working. whatever that is.
