Dear MotorollaPhone/VerizonPhone Community
REQUEST: Kindly tell me the procedure to access the internal and SDRAM (additional) memory memory/files on the Motorolla xt1565 from a windows computer using the original motorolla usb phjone charge/data cable.
HISTORY: i used to be able to just connect my phone to the computer usb port and i could see both the internal and additional RAM;
PROBLEM: Now all i see is the phone icon and when i click on it is says batter with the charge level!
