How do I change the greeting (outgoing message) on my verizon voicemail account? Don't say to look here: Voice Mail FAQs | Verizon Wireless because it does not answer the question.
Choose 4 - personal options, then 3 - Greeting, then 1 personal greeting and follow the propmts.
