I've got the Galaxy S5, which I synch with Outlook on a POP3 server. Worked fine for 2 weeks, now I can send but not receive e-mail. I've tried to delete and recreate the account, but no luck. Anyone else with this problem?

Yeah, any time you have an issue sending or receiving email, the best step to take is to remove the email account from your device and set it back up again. That would be my suggestion to anyone having this issue.

DavidMK lets get you back in the loop! Are you able to receive emails on the computer? Do you receive any error messages?

Hi
I cannot receive emails since the verizon update yesterday. Either can any of my co - workers on verizon. I can't call in because this is the only phone I own and live chat has not been working for hours. Keeps saying they are busy.

I'm here to help get those emails flowing again hiventender! I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties. What make and model device is this? Are you referring to a software update? Is this affecting more than one email client?

I am having the same issue. I am not getting Verizon emails on my Samsung Galaxy S3 since the update on 6/28. I am getting emails from my corporate account on the device and my computer.
Not sure the "benefits" of the this latest and greatest update are worth now on five days of inconvenience with no correction/solution in site.
Has anyone found a work around?

I tried. It said that account already exists. When I wrote a password they ask for some work organization. I never had any problems before

Nicholas,
I would suspect that the posters from June and July of 2014 would have figured out their issue by now.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
