When you attempt to make any call you will automatically be transferred to the billing department.
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another phone or *611 from your phone.
What if your phone has suspended service temporarily?
No way to talk to rep. Sends a link to “chat” for every reason. No option to talk.
