Had issues with facebook messenger wanting to be my main form for texts said yes, then said no. About half of my contacts are gone, including my favorites, most of the people left have gmail accounts. Go to restore all contacts on Verizon and gmail and only shows half the contacts, where did they go?
Do you use the Verizon Cloud for contact syncing? I would suggest signing into your MyVerizon account and access the Cloud portion and check to see if the contacts are in the trash.
