My phone will display the following message " Your phone is not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls."
This happens frequently and while I am in the same location as another Verizon user. I do not understand. I pay almost $100 a month for one cellphone I am expecting exceptional coverage service.
Why am I getting this message and how do I correct it to get the quality service I pay for & deserve?
