phone whats to delete everything

Earlier today I deleted an item on my phone, now I can't do any thing unless someone contacts me or facebook does. My phone now ask if I want to delete or hit cancel. So I can't get to any apps to do something. Question is what am I suppose to do now to fix the problem?

What kind of phone is it? When you say item are you talking about an app?

jp5260, let's get your phone back to what it should be. Where did you delete something from? What was deleted? Have you power cycled the phone? What model phone do you have?
