I lost pictures after a Samsung update on my Galaxy S4. Is there a way I can retrieve them?
NWRAINE, having all of you pictures is very important. I want to make sure that we check out a few different things. Did you have your device backed up with the Verizon Cloud? After the update, were you missing any other information on the phone (contacts or applications)? Please keep us posted.
