Why does my phone have it on it but will not sync really sucks I ve been paying for service I can not use

I can understand how frustrating it must be to not be able to use a service you are paying for.
You stated you have V Cast Music on the phone but have you ever been able to use it?
What happens when you try to sync music? Are you trying to download to the phone from the phone or from your computer?
Please provide as much detail as you can in order for us to assist you.
I definitely want you to be able to take full advantage of this great product.
