when using phone from my apartment. never had this problem with old phone. person I am talking to can't hear me at times. my voice is garbled.
What is the phone model you have? Do you have HD Voice feature on your line and phone? Try turning it off or on to see if it makes a difference. Or if you have wifi calling, try that too.
We want to make sure everyone can hear you clear as a bell. When did this start? Is this happening indoors or outdoors?
