At my local Verizon store I was told I would save money changing to a new plan and adding more lines for a total of five lines. I bought cases, screen protectors, and plugs.....; I traded in 5 phones. I told the sales person I wanted to pay upfront for the new phones and the accessories. He promised me (by text messages) many times he was working on the invoice and he promised each time that it would be ready that day. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS and he hasn't made good on any of his promises I need to know how much to charge the other people . Checking online on my account: doesn't match what he told me. I don't know to whom to complains.
