Caller ID Shows Wrong Name When I Call Others

I know this has been asked several times before, but the Smart ID solution isn't compatible with my phone, and I cannot seem to find any solutions that work. I recently opened my own account with Verizon from another carrier, and it is still shows the name of the account owner from the previous carrier when I call someone. How do I fix this?

Thank you! That worked. At first it said my phone wasn't compatible with the app, but I tried again and it successfully went through. Thank you again!
