I know this has been asked several times before, but the Smart ID solution isn't compatible with my phone, and I cannot seem to find any solutions that work. I recently opened my own account with Verizon from another carrier, and it is still shows the name of the account owner from the previous carrier when I call someone. How do I fix this?

I know the importnace of having the right Caller ID display. Here is a link to the Share Name ID feature that is controilled through your My Verizon account and not the phone: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-49073/
