Was able to save pics to VZ media before update to my S23, but now I can't. Keeps saying, "Please enable these permissions from the Settings screen." I have enabled permissions, but still won't work.

From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
- Navigate:
AccountServices & perksVerizon Cloud
- From the 'Verizon Cloud' section, click
Manage
- Click
Access Verizon CloudFrom the 'How to access Verizon Cloud' page, clickVerizon Cloud web portal(in the 'Access my Cloud' section).

ClickUpload(upper-right).
- Click
Browse
- Navigate to then select the desired file(s)then click
Open
- Click
Done

Same problem here. It says to enable permissions, but there are no more permissions to enable. Very frustrating.

I am having the same problem. I used to be able to click on a photo in a text and it would save it to the VZ Media album in my Gallery. Now it tells me to enable permissions which I have. I DO NOT want to be forced to go to my computer to download these!!! I should be able to save to my phone from my phone without any other intervention.
