How can I turn off battery full notifications?

I unfortunately bought this phone and am too far outside the return period to take it back. I'm really unhappy with it, but the newest thing it's doing is giving a 'battery full' notification that I can't turn off. Anyone know how to turn this off??? It's incredibly annoying. I can't leave it plugged in if it's full. If I do, if just buzzes and buzzes with notification after notification that it's full. If I want to leave it plugged in overnight to ensure that there's enough battery in the morning so my alarm goes off, the phone buzzes in the middle of the night. Can anyone help me?

If you are using the supplied charger and cable, or similar high amp more advanced charger and cable, it should go away.

Mine only does it once, but I've had this issue when using lower powered or less advanced chargers. I believe it's related to the charger not entering micro-draw mode.

Anyway, you could also use quiet mode to disable notifications during certain time periods.

Short of rooting those are probably your best options. Definitely look into your charger first.

There is no disable sound option. It will be silent in Quiet Mode, but that is the only option short of modding.

Go to settings, tap battery, then tap battery saver.

Does battery saver turn off battery notifications? If so, I have a whole other forum that hasn't figured this out yet.

The stock charger wouldn't be a problem, as the phone, when charged, makes a sound, just like when it is about discharged. The charger seems to be working.

Thanks all for the responses! Verizon customer service gave no help whatsoever. I was using an older charger when it was causing so many problems, so I'll try a newer one. I'll also see if putting into quiet mode helps. I just always like to keep it plugged in during work, but anytime I tried to use it, it would buzz every 5 seconds to let me know the battery was full. Very annoying! Hopefully you're suggestions will fix the issue so that I'm not out the money I spent. Thanks again!

Yes, always use the original charger.

The way i understand it, with the original charger our similar more recent charger, it should reach full charge, notify once, then enter micro charging mode where just a small trickle charge to maintain full charge is delivered.

But with at least some older or less advanced chargers, it reaches full, then stops charging. So the phone drains a bit, then it charges again, and repeats this over and over, causing the notification to continually sound of every time it hits full again.

That's the theory anyway based on my observations, and seems to be confirmed from what i have read from others.
