New phone has data on SD card. How do I back this up to the cloud?
I very much appreciate your concerns. If the content is on the device, you may turn on via Settings > Accounts. This will backup the data that is on the Cloud.

You did not answer this question (which I am also wondering about). The cloud storage app doesn't seem to have any settings for locating files on SD card to be backed up. You could at least be honest and state clearly that your app does not support this feature.
