My daughter got a Kazuna eTalk just over a year ago. Before today, the only issue was that it would sometimes not turn on without the battery having to be pulled and reinserted.
Well, today, she was texting and suddenly she could not access messages. We tried turning the phone off and on. We tried removing the battery and putting it back in. We tried accessing messages through contacts. We tried to send picture messages through the gallery. Nothing would work to get the phone to show messages again.
Anyone else dealt with this? If so, what was the solution (or is there a solution)?

We're sorry to read that your daughter's phone is not allowing her to access her messages. Were there any changes to the device? Did it give her an error message when the issue started? ~Peter

No changes to the device at all. It just stopped working after she had sent a text a few minutes before it stopped working.

Thanks for that information. What happens when trying to access messages? Are you able to see any message threads at all? Is there an SD card inserted in the phone?

When trying to access messages, it would just go back to the last screen before messages was selected. There was an SD card in the phone. However, unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), my daughter cracked the screen pretty badly and the phone has been replaced.

Please tell us more, what exactly is going on? When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made?
