No WiFi Connectivity or Cloud Backup

Since last night my Droid MAXX HD will not connect to Wifi (home or at hotspots), and both connections are fine signal wise (no issue with signal on my WiFo only iPad). I want to do a FDR, but since no connectivity, cannot back anything up. This is a big issue. I need this fixed, and no T/S'ing has helped. This is beyond frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?

I want you to be able to access your Home WiFi network dvo_photo! If the lock remains on your screen while entering the password, I recommend resetting your WiFi wireless router and test.

Another form of getting all your important documents saved is by transfering your files over to a computer using a USB cord. That'd great, but no computer. I already manually entered my contacts into Verizon Cloud manually. Did a soft reboot, did a hard reboot, did a factory reset. Still no connectivity to wifi or 4G. The phone can see the connections, but won't connect. The only things that work are calls & texts. No voicemail, no apps, no syncing, no browser, etc. This is frustrating. This has been since Monday night. Zip code 07719.

I am having same problem with my MotoX....if anyone lets you know how to fix, please let me know. This sucks....

It's important that you are able to connect to WiFi with your Moto X, Mariec53. Were you previously able to connect to WiFi? Are you unable to connect to any WiFi network? Does removing the WiFi network and re-adding it show any improvement?

Still not working. Will not connect to wifi, will not connect to data. Yet the phone is showing as using data, even though I'm not running anything on it. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable, now. I'm paying to have a 4G connection on my plan, but am not getting what I pay for. I am beyond frustrated.

I appreciate you taking the time to use Verizon Cloud saxysmurf. I see everything looks good in area, no problems. Unfortunately, we need a computer to work further. When did you activate this phone under your line? Are other phones able to use 4G in your area?
