I'm getting ready to switch carriers and found that I may be able to use my Droid Razr on the T Mobile network, but possibly at reduced speeds. I called yesterday and was told that there are no longer any locked phones on my account, but this conflicts with what many others seem to be experiencing. I know that when I checked, the phone was locked and needed an unlock code, but now a Verizon rep is telling me the phone isn't locked.
