I am not very technical and am experiencing the same issue. I made a few calls this morning and then, BAM, all outbound calls are being cancelled. I can't call verizon and the their app is not accepting my security question answer. Not sure how to run in "safe" mode. I'm lost. Any help is appreciated.
smokymtngirl, I rely on calls to stay connected, so I know how important a resolution is to this concern. We are here to work toward a resolution. How are other services, such as receiving calls, sending text, and cellular data working? Is this problem happening indoors or outdoors?
I had the same problem while roaming in Maryland. The call would end two seconds after I tried dialing. I fixed the problem by changing my system select mode from Global Network Mode to LTE/CDMA network mode. Then I was able to make calls again. I have an LG V20 Verizon smart phone.
