Why Won't My Pattern Code Unlock My Device?

I established a pattern code for my Droid turbo 2 and the first time I tried to use it, it didn't accept my pattern. Now the message says I only have one more attempt and the phone content will be deleted. How do I access it? How can I enter the default PIN or PUK? Thanks

PIN/PUK are only for the SIM Card. This is for the device itself. You will need to Factory Data Reset the device to get back in your phone.
