I am the owner on an account with multiple lines, is there a way to see the text messages that have been sent and received on one of the lines on the account?

If you mean usage, sure, inyour online account.  If you mean content, no.  Thatโ€™s on the phone and would be private.

logged in with a pc/mac,you can see all numbers that have either sent/received messages to everyone on the account but you can't see content of the message.

login here & you can see your messages for 90 days.

The message itself can't be viewed, Due to privacy issues. It's the same if you deleted it already. I think it is possible if you are using Verizon's Message+ you can view it online but I am not sure if you can see past or deleted messages.
