I'm having trouble redeeming the $200 Amazon Gift Card promo. I followed all steps as per email I received but it does not take me anywhere where I can actually redeem. Today is my deadline to redeem and no one at Verizon has been of any help. Went to a store and was told they couldn't help. Was chatting elwoth an agent when the "chat" dropped and, upon trying to restart the chat, all text could not be retrieved. I see that I'm not the only customer with this problem!
