Has anyone actually ever gotten the Verizon $200 gift card for switching to the Verizon 5g internet? After calling multiple times, all I've gotten are promises and I fulfilled all terms to get it .

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: Customers must verify email address

October 4th or 5th, 2023 is when my 5g internet was received and plugged in, and the link to get the $200 Verizon Gift card does not work. I called Verizon 2 or 3 times between December 2023 and January 2024. They told me "They're working on it". At this point in time, the offer expired on 2/3/2024. Your Customer Service people assured me: 1) I qualified for it, and 2) I would receive it. Neither of which appears to be true.

I have spoken with multiple people regarding this and no resolution has been presented to me. What appears to be simple has turned into a complicated situation. I bought and installed Verizon internet over 90 days ago. The link to the $200 gift card does not work. Your Customer Service has verified and confirmed the purchase and installation and that I qualify for the $200 Verizon gift card. Yet your company has failed to honor the offer. My account info has documented my efforts to resolve this. I'm tired of attempting to resolve this multiple times and I have given Verizon more than enough chances to honor the offer.
