Account linking

I just subscribed to the free 30 day eSIM trial and when I try and go in to set up my personal hotspot it wants me to link an account, I don't have one and when I try and chat it tells me technical error. Let me tell you Verizon you are starting off on the wrong foot and I haven't been on your network 30 mins yet.

I didn't see anything in the free trial description about having hotspot capability.  There's just calls, text, and data access on the phone itself.

I spent the entire day trying to set up my hotspot. Follow their instructions and it took me to the website. The website has had me sign in at least 12 times. Iโ€™ve asked for a call back. Iโ€™ve chatted I have messaged. I need to set up my hotspot. Itโ€™s so important.
