Anyone else unable to cancel their Apple Arcade subscription that you started through Verizon? This has been a nightmare. I have to check my bill every month then contact support to get the charges removed. They will reverse the charges, apologize then say everything is taken care of the the subscription is cancelled , only to have the charges appear the next month.
Apple support says they can’t cancel the subscription and all the directions Verizon support gives you to cancel through the Verizon app or its web page also do not work. Even though I am sure a service rep will respond to this post with the same old, doesn’t work instructions on how to do it yourself.
This needs to stop. I will no longer signup for any third party services through Verizon. They have lost my business there and are getting real close to losing my carrier business as well.
