My plan all of a sudden does not include Apple Music? It says I made a change and it’s no longer included. I made no change to my plan. I need a new phone, so I got a new phone. This made no change to my plan. Yet Verizon wants to start charging me $10.99 for Apple Music saying it’s not included in my new plan? Once again I made no change to my plan. What is going on?

Have you checked your account to see if your plan hasn't changed? If you had Apple Music included in your service plan before, it must have been a legacy plan. I'm thinking what happened when you got the new phone is you were signed up for a phone deal lasting 36 months, and all those deals are tied to current unlimited plans.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

There is no 36 month anything. I bought the phone outright at Apple not Verizon. My plan did not change.
