Have been without Apple one going on a week now. Previously had it direct from Apple. My Apple sub expired on 25 September. VERIZON app and webpage say my account is pending….no amount of refreshes on the perks Manage page will allow me to set it up. I have called Verizon support 6 different times. They cannot figure it out. Apple refunded my last month and confirmed my subscription closed out.
why isn’t it surprising that the company that just had 30% of phones across the nation shut down for 6 hours can’t fix my Apple One perk??!!!!
