I went to the Verizon app to connect the Apple One Family perk, and I clicked the button to “Get Link.” Once I received the text from Verizon, I clicked on it. It navigated to my Safari browser (which I saw was a preferred browser for this link), yet it still gave me a rejection stating “cannot connect.”
What am I suppose to do in this situation?

Also for context, I have a brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max and I have the latest software update on my phone and browser

Hello, MowJoe_JoJo, sorry to hear you're' running into an issue with activating the Apple One service! Does this happen on both WiFi and cellular? Are you able to access iTunes and the App Store without an issue? Have you been able to power your phone off/on since seeing this message?

You might need to connect the Apple services to your Apple account:

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
