Switched plan from 5G more to new unlimited plan and selected individual Apple One perk. Already have Apple Arcade, Apple Music free from Verizon and Apple storage from Apple. Never got a link. The pending activation message has been in MyVerizon app for a month now. In the My Verizon and Apple Music App the View Verizon Plan Benefits says I have none ๐Ÿ˜” 

This is painful. To all Verizon reps donโ€™t bother posting the FAQs read them many times over โ€” they donโ€™t work. Paying but not receiving what I paid for. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

Those FAQs are useless. None of what is stated happened or helped. And the rep I got when I called on did not help me, never called back. Problem still exist. I am paying but I am not receiving the service.
