Apple one family

So I got apple one family sharing when I go to set it up it send a link to my number I click the link and then says my number can’t be verified and to contact Verizon. I try to get ahold of A LIVE person and am unable to! So now paying $20 a month for something I can’t even get access too:(

Did you ever get this fixed? I tired once back in November to get this to work and im trying again now. Whenever I open a ticket or talk to someone at Verizon they can't seem to fix this issues.
