- I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and a whole home protection customer for almost 5 years with 9nly one claim now I make a claim that my tv which has a native 120 hz display a quiet a few options that are clearly listed in its specifications and mind you you have to give them all the info on the product they should know all this information before submitting you a replacement of any form all 6 replacement options were low end tvs with nothing close to what my tv that is covered has mind you they make it and they will not give me the value to go to the store to purchase the same model or offer to purchase it and send it as should happen the tv is less than 3 years old it competes with the lg c5 and sony bravia if you cannot replace it with something close in spec you should be given what it costs you to go buy it especially when I have to pay 100 bucks just for the claim I shouldn't have to pay any difference and for the representative to sound magnanimous about offering 600 on over 1000 replacement is ridiculous I have spoken to no less then 6 representatives called 3 times I have no resolution a broken tv and a 5 year old fresh from surgery who all they can do is relax and watch TV but they wont replace the darn tv this is ridiculous
