I am at my last straw with the incompetence and poor service at Verizon Mobile. I have had a year with Verizon of being overcharged or not being credited properly. The messy management of my account by the Verizon staff only added insult to injury. The thread of information became impossible to follow because of all the โband-aidโ fixes they made on my account instead of doing their job correctly. The final disaster was my attempt at making an upgrade to my devices. An order was placed and shipped. FedEx stole my merchandise. Verizonโs priority was not to make the customer happy. They are focus was only to ensure that their shipment was insured. While I was penalized by having to wait till the stolen merchandise issue was resolved, and only then was I given a refund on the money I paid for nothing. I was so enraged by the sloppy management of this transaction which was magnified by the lack consideration afforded me. As soon as pay off my phone Iโm changing companies and will never use Verizon again.
