I have noticed that my business phone number appears as low-risk spam on the Call Filter Plus app on my personal phone.
I have already made a request to freecallregistry.com and voicespamfeedback.com , and I have reported my business number as non-spam numerous times on my Verizon Call Filter app. However, it still shows up as low-risk spam. How can I remove the spam designation from my business phone number?
I thought Verizon relied on TNS for their spam call analytics. TNS has informed me via my report on freecallerregistry.com that Call Guardian is not negatively labeling my business number. Why, then, does Verizon continue to classify my business number as low-risk spam in the Call Filter app?
