Can't upgrade Peacock subscription through +play

Hi, I subscribed to the Netflix and Peacock offer for one year.  However, when I try to change my Peacock plan to no-ads for an additional fee, the "change plan" option is grayed out on the Verizon +play website.  The Peacock website is directing me that I can only change my plan via Verizon, so I am stuck.  Any help would be appreciated!

Good morning. Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform. Our Peacock Premium Plus plan allows you to watch with limited interruptions. To upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus from a Peacock Premium plan, sign in to your account and go to Plans and Payments to select an upgrade plan. More information here:

Thank you, but when I try to upgrade my plan at that URL, the option to to "change subscription" is grayed out. Is there another way to upgrade my subscription? Thanks.

Thank you for checking, carbocation! To clarify, do you encounter the same issue when using the My Verizon app? Are you accessing the My Verizon account as an account owner or account manager?

Hi, 

I'm accessing my play+ account through the website, but the only option available for my subscription is to cancel. The upgrade button is grayed out. I would just like to upgrade to commercial free.

Hello, carbocation. Thanks so much for this info. Just to confirm, do you currently have the premium option? If yes, this version offers limited interruptions as you cannot eliminate them completely.

I am currently subscribed to Peacock Premium Annual subscription for $79.99 through verizon +play and would like to modify/ upgrade to the Peacock Premium Plus (ad free) but cannot. The "change subscription" buttons on the other plans are grayed out and I'm not able to select them. I also contacted Peacock to attempt to mange or upgrade my plan and was told they cannot, and that it must be done with Verizon.

Hello, zambrano2119. Help is here as we can provide clarification. Verizon offers the Peacock Premium Annual subscription version for $79.99, not the Peacock Premium Annual subscription ad free, which has a cost of $139.99. Because we do not offer the $139.99 version, this is the reason you do not see the option.

premium plus is offered by Verizon. It literally says sold by Verizon. However the option to change the plan is greyed out.
