I can't cancel the free premium voicemail. 5 Agents never fixed the problem but my account shows basic vm. My app shows premium vm. I tried to cancel it but it won't cancel.
What do I do? I'm not getting support. The Agents just don't know what to do. I can't get a Supervisor.

If someone else is having issues with Visual Voicemail, including Premium Visual Voicemail there’s some common factors that can cause issues. Not connecting to cellular data services, a system delay, or a temporary network issue.
