Disney+ Bundle Service - We encountered an error while processing your request.

I recently upgraded my mobile plans unlimited plus and re-added the Disney+ Bundle service perk.  When trying to setup / manage the bundle, I keep getting "We encountered an error while processing your request."  I'm not sure what the issue is and can't get any help from anyone.  Disney+ services were working just fine before I did the mobile plan upgrade and added the service perk back in.  Any suggestions on how to resolve?
