Disney Bundle Set Up

I am fed up with Verizon Customer service. I switched my plan back in April just so that I could have theDisney Bundle Perk. I have talked to multiple reps and they just keep telling me the same things about how to add it and sign up for Disney however I can't even get that far, to even register because it always says the same thing when I Click on it. "We are getting your subscription ready, please come back for set up". I have been very patient and kind but at this point it is just nonsense.

I'm sorry you were having difficulty signing up. What plan are you on? Have you atempted to use a web browser or was this on our app?-Joe

I have the unlimited ultimate plan and I have tried setting it up on the app and on the web browser. No luck with either one.

I just signed up and the Rep could not even verify my account after I had verified it with 2 other reps and having been on the phone now 4 hrs. My new Disney Bundle and Netlfix bundle do not show in my Verizon Perk account area. I would love to know what link would take me directly to the correct page to activate my bundle accounts

Hey there, dragonfly1280, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with adding perks to your account! You mentioned you're not seeing the option to add services to your account. When checking your account settings, are you registered as the Account Owner or an Account Manager?
