WHY is Disney+ freezing after an ad? It will do nothing but play an ad repeatedly. Once the ad ends, it sits there. How do I resolve this???
I had that problem several months ago with Hulu (which is owned by Disney) freezing and refusing to play anything except ads, then it would go to a black screen and be stuck there. I stream content through a PC, and it was a browser conflict which was later resolved in an update, but for a while I had to use a different browser to stream shows.
Disney + is a fan favorite for many of us so we get it. We will send you a private message so we can look into this issue with you.
