ESPN+ (Disney Bundle) not working

I’ve been trying to get ESPN+ to work on my phone and AppleTV to work but each has its own error.  It works on the laptop though.

For the phone, everytime I try and watch content on ESPN plus, it gives me a page that tells me to purchase ESPN plus annually or monthly. And I try to click on the ‘Already Purchased? Restore’ Button and immediately gives me the error (There was a problem restoring your account. Please call our Support Helpdesk at 800-727-1800 or visit the ESPN+ Help Center at help.espnplus.com.)

 

For the AppleTV, I try to watch content on the app but it sends me to the same page telling me to purchase ESPN plus annually or monthly. Then I click on the Log in to MyDisney, where I try to log in successfully but each time it just sends me to a blank screen on the app.

What do I do? Please help.

Hi Stephen22, I don't get much time to watch anything these days but when I do, I definitely want it to be working. Let's take a step back on the troubleshooting. Have either of these ever been registered to the phone or TV? Is this for Mobile or Fios?
