Email to Verizon SMS gateway messages being deferred

I understand Verizon is a business first and individuals here cannot change much but getting messages like "VText service is not intended to be used for large volumes of commercial messages or emergency messages. Due to the inherent limitations of Internet email, Verizon provides no assurance regarding the timeliness or receipt of messages sent using this service. Businesses and organizations looking to send a high volume of messages should subscribe to Verizon Enterprise Messaging"

"We certainly understand the importance of those messages being delivered in a timely manner. Due to limitations of internet email, we cannot provide any assurance regarding the timeliness or receipt of messages using these services. We apologize for any inconvenience."

It makes it come across that you do not value your customers.

The message you apologize for the inconvenience but now you've made things even more inconvenient with removal of services. It can be a single message or it can be 2 dozen. Internet email shouldn't be the limitation in this situation. You offer a paid service to handle something that you used to be capable of? Email logs suggest this is entirely on Verizon's end. You have taken away services since 2023  when I addressed this same issue last time I wrote in and it appears many other are encountering this issue. Is this self created? It looks like you are pushing to the paid service and just trying to get rid of it for others. Is there anyone at Verizon that can give the technical reason that you defer these messages? This is solely on Verizon's end and I've had to suggest to employees and outside personnel that they may need to consider swapping carriers to receive messages in a timely manner if that is important to them. We've not seen this type of behavior from them and its just gotten more and more worse from Verizon in the last few months.
