Seen a good opportunity to start fresh with new lines and phones with Verizon
Get a free 75 inch tv when u add a line with a Samsung device and you had to pay the first bill and full service for 30 days
So me and my partner got the new Samsung galaxy z fold 6 and completed the terms of agreement
I have been waiting for a email or any kind of notice that we are ready to redeem our tv but never got any notice, message, or phone call
So we reached customer service and they where saying #1 they ran out of tv's #2 they where issues a $300 verizon gift card and now they trying to offer some verizon wifi back up.
But we are in May now and it had to be redeem in February
Bad communication and notifying a customer because i was looking forward to a nice free 75 inch tv
