Gift card $0 balance

So after fighting with Verizon for months to get my gift cards which was apart of the reason I switched and it stated so in the documents I signed.

I finally received them in April, now in July I'm trying to use my two gift cards and it's telling me I have $0 balance and I have never used them.

 

It's always something with Verizon since I switched smh.

 

Anyone in else had a similar issue.

We hate to see that your gift card was showing a zero balance when you tried to use it. We definitely want to make sure you get the promotion that was promised. On the card itself there should be a support number for you to contact. Have you been able to contact that number yet?
