I am beyond frustrated with Verizon’s terrible customer service and broken promises. When I moved my service, I was PROMISED a $200 gift card per line ported in and $200 for a new line. It’s been 5 MONTHS, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve called, waited on hold for HOURS, and been told the same nonsense – “We have escalated it, you’ll receive it in 5 days.” Well, guess what? I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
Verizon misleads its customers. They make big promises to get you in and then completely ignore you once you’re locked in their contract. False commitments, terrible customer service, and no accountability.
I REGRET moving to Verizon. Biggest mistake of my life. The moment my contract is over, I’m GONE. I’ll take my money to a company that actually values its customers. If anyone is considering switching to Verizon—DON’T DO IT. You’ll only end up frustrated, ignored, and stuck like the rest of us.
Verizon, do better. Or just admit that keeping promises isn’t your priority.
