Home offers/$200 gift card not loading

I got an email that I had benefits to redeem in my Verizon account, promoting the gift card. I went to the Home Offers page and I see 4 tiles. I click on the “$200 Verizon gift card” and the next page never loads. It is just an endless loading circle.

Did this happen to you? How can I still get that gift card benefit?

May I receive the same help? This seems to be a reoccurring issue with everyone that has this offer. Please give me the solution to redeem the card before it expires August 12th
